Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MUSE Creative Collective LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data in connection with Naomi Huth’s website naomihuth.me, her email newsletter, and the free Content Creation Masterclass. We comply with applicable data-protection laws, including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.

1. Data controller

MUSE Creative Collective LLC
75 E 3RD ST, SHERIDAN, WY 82801, USA
Email: naomi@naomihuth.me

MUSE Creative Collective LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company represented by Naomi Huth, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us for any privacy matter at naomi@naomihuth.me.

2. Scope: the website, the newsletter, and the masterclass

naomihuth.meis Naomi Huth’s personal website. It consists of a links page (naomihuth.me/links) that points to her offers and channels, a sign-up for her email newsletter, and a page that delivers the free Content Creation Masterclass (a video recording and an e-book) to people who requested it. Paid programs such as MUSE, 1:1 mentorship, and audits are booked and delivered on other platforms under their own terms; where we link to them, the operators of those pages are independent controllers of the data you provide there.

3. What we collect

  • Newsletter data: your email address and any name you provide when you subscribe.
  • Masterclass sign-up data:your email address, provided either through the form on the masterclass page or by sending a keyword to Naomi’s Instagram account by direct message (see ManyChat below).
  • Usage data: aggregated, non-identifying website statistics (see analytics below).
  • Technical data: when you load the site, our hosting providers process your IP address, browser type, and the requested page in short-lived server and security logs needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
  • Communications: emails and messages you send us.

We do not set cookies for tracking or advertising, and we do not use fingerprinting. That is why no cookie banner is shown.

4. How we use your data and our legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR)

  • To send the newsletter you signed up for, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • To deliver the masterclass you requested and the emails that accompany it, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and, to the extent it is necessary to provide what you asked for, Art. 6(1)(b).
  • To secure, operate, and improve the website, on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To comply with legal obligations, such as record-keeping rules (Art. 6(1)(c)).

5. Processors and service providers

We share personal data only with providers that help us operate our services. Each processes data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement, or acts as an independent controller where noted:

  • Kit (formerly ConvertKit): delivery and management of the newsletter and of the emails that deliver the masterclass.
  • Vercel Inc.: hosting of naomihuth.me and privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics.
  • Cloudflare, Inc.: DNS and network services for naomihuth.me, and hosting of the masterclass page together with its video and e-book files (Cloudflare Pages and R2). Cloudflare may process your IP address to deliver these files and to protect the service from abuse.
  • ManyChat, Inc.:automation for Naomi’s Instagram direct messages. If you request the masterclass by DM, ManyChat reads the message you send, stores the email address you provide, and passes it to Kit so the masterclass can be delivered to you.
  • Meta Platforms (Instagram): when you message or follow Naomi on Instagram, Meta processes that data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Website analytics (cookieless)

To understand how our website is used, we use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly service provided by Vercel Inc. (USA), which also hosts our website. This analytics is cookieless: it sets no cookies and does not store or read information on your device, and it creates no persistent identifiers and no cross-site or cross-device profiles. It collects only aggregated, non-identifying information such as page views, the referring website, approximate region, and device and browser type.

Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, this analytics does not require consent under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (in Germany, § 25 TDDDG), so no cookie banner is shown. To the extent any personal data is briefly processed to generate aggregate statistics, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to this processing at any time (see “Your rights” below).

7. Links to other services

The links page points to services we do not operate, including Instagram, YouTube, Calendly, Tally, letsclad.com, and partner shops. Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that provider applies. We embed no third-party content that loads automatically; fonts are served from our own hosting rather than from Google.

8. International transfers

Because MUSE Creative Collective LLC is organized in Wyoming, USA, and our providers are US-based, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries outside your own. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, together with the safeguards in our providers’ data-processing agreements.

9. Data retention

We keep newsletter and masterclass sign-up data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Technical logs held by our hosting providers are kept only for the short period needed for security and troubleshooting. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you.

10. Your rights

Subject to your jurisdiction, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to data portability, and to object to or restrict processing, as well as to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). To exercise any of these rights, contact naomi@naomihuth.me. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in the EU the data-protection authority of your country of residence.

11. EU/UK data subjects

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can exercise your data-protection rights and reach the controller directly at naomi@naomihuth.me. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority of your country of residence.

12. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To make a request, contact naomi@naomihuth.me.

13. Newsletter, masterclass emails, and consent

When you subscribe to the newsletter or request the masterclass (both delivered via Kit), we use your email address to send you the content you asked for and, if you subscribed to the newsletter, updates and offers, on the basis of your consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by using that link or by emailing naomi@naomihuth.me. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

14. Security

We and our processors use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Children

Our website, newsletter, and masterclass are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

16. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated through our services or by email. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
